Dr. Katherine “Kadi” Huhn–Usry has been a family physician in the West St. Louis County area for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Kansas and earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. She completed her residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis. Prior to founding PriMed STL, Dr. Huhn–Usry practiced family medicine in St. Charles County for nearly two decades, caring for patients across all stages of life.

A St. Louis native, Kadi is proud to serve the community she has always called home. She is married to her husband and practice partner, Dr. Gabe Usry. Together, they are raising two teenage boys who are actively involved in AAA Blues hockey, as well as lacrosse and football.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Huhn–Usry enjoys riding and competing in equestrian eventing while managing a horse boarding and training facility in Labadie, Missouri. She also enjoys skiing, sailing, and spending time with her family—often cheering them on at their latest sporting event.
